Yes, all our therapists are certified professionals with minimum 3 years of experience in Balinese massage techniques. They undergo regular training and adhere to strict hygiene protocols. All therapists are male professionals specializing in men's wellness treatments.
We serve major tourist areas including Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Kuta, Legian, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, and Denpasar. Service availability depends on therapist location - please confirm your exact address when booking. Minimum booking value may apply for remote areas.
We accept bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI), e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA), and cash payment after service completion. Full payment is required before therapist dispatch. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled time incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking value.
